HACCP is stands for “Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.” It is a worldwide system that has been recognized around the world. It controls the safety of all production processes to prevent the danger and contamination of food that customers may consume from eating food. To ensure that the consumer is confident that the standards set are the most effective.

GMP is stands for “Good Manufacturing Practice.” It is a standard system which controls the quality of production. In order to, enable the manufacturer to comply properly and safely, with the emphasis on preventing and eliminating risks that may result in food poisoning and harming the consumer.

GMP is a quality assurance system which has been verified and recognized by food academics over the world as a food safety system for customers. For that reason, if all the prescribed guidelines are followed, the food will be of highest standard and most safety.

The GMP principle covers the location of the establishment, structure of building and good production systems which have high quality standards in every stage. These may include the beginning of production planning, from raw materials, quality control, and transportation to customers.
